By accessing or using WordsAlchemy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
WordsAlchemy is an online language learning platform that provides sentence-based English learning exercises, audio pronunciation, vocabulary tools, and progress tracking. The service is offered in free and paid (Pro) tiers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
The free plan allows limited daily usage (20 sentences and 2 exams per 24-hour window). The Pro plan provides unlimited access. Guest users (not registered) receive 10 lifetime free sentences and 1 exam.
Pro subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Payments are charged in advance. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
All content on WordsAlchemy — including sentences, audio files, and UI design — is the property of WordsAlchemy. You may not copy, redistribute, or scrape content without explicit written permission.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to bypass usage limits through automated means; (b) scrape or bulk-download content; (c) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system.
WordsAlchemy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
